Classic Green Bean Casserole
Delicious Classic Green Bean Casserole recipe is perfect for Thanksgiving dinner, if you’re like me this will take you back to your childhood and remind you of the smells coming from your Mother’s kitchen on Thanksgiving morning as she prepares a huge meal to feed the family. This is one of my favorites along with our Sweet Potatoe Casserole that’s to die for!
I’m one of those people who love tradition, and that’s especially true when it comes to holidays and meals. I can remember years and years of my Mom and Grandma making Thanksgiving dinner and there are a few things that always stick out in my mind as MUST have’s when it comes to dinner. Of course the turkey and pumpkin pie but after that – mashed potatoes and green bean casserole.
There’s just something about this classic green bean casserole that is warm, cozy and makes you remember all those Thanksgiving dinners over the years with family. This is one of those recipes that never seem to have any leftovers either, it’s gone within minutes and every year you remind yourself that you should have made a double batch but then you never remember next year

How to Make Classic Green Bean Casserole
Ingredients You Need
2 Cans Green Beans, cut
1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/2 Cup Mushrooms, Sliced
1/2 Cup Milk
Salt & Pepper
French Fried Onions
Instructions
Start by preheating the oven to 350 degrees. Next, mix together the green beans, cream of mushroom soup, mushrooms and milk in a large bowl. I like to add in about 1/2 cup of French Fried Onions as well. Spread the green bean mixture into a 9 x 9-inch baking dish. Top with the remainder of the French Fried Onions and bake for 25 minutes. Enjoy!
