How to Make Stuffing and Cheese Chicken Casserole
Ingredients You Need
3-4 Chicken Breasts
1-4 Slices Pepperjack Cheese
1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/2 Pound Fresh Mushrooms
1 Package Stuffing Mix
1/2 Cup Butter, melted
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Place the chicken breasts into the bottom of a baking dish.
Layer the Pepperjack cheese on top of the chicken breasts, if you don’t like spicy you can use Swiss or Cheddar.
Mix the Cream of Mushroom Soup and Mushroom together in a bowl before spreading over the chicken and cheese.
Sprinkle the Stuffing mix over the Chicken Mixture.
Drizzle the melted butter over the top. Take for 35-40 minutes or until bubbly and browned.
If you’re going to make this as a Freezer Meal, wrap it and place it in the freezer after you add the soup and mushrooms. Wait until you’re ready to cook to add the stuffing and butter.
