Blueberry BBQ Sauce Recipe

Last month we spent a week in Canada fishing with my hubby's family.  While we had LOTS of Fish and I even shared an awesome FISH RECIPES round up, we also stopped at this little BBQ restaurant on the first night.

Ribs aren't usually my favorite, I'm not much of a scavenger when I eat and HATE getting my fingers and face messy but I went ahead and tried them.  They had an amazing Blueberry BBQ sauce on them that was to DIE for.  YUM!  I knew as soon as I got home that I needed to try making my own version.

It DOES look a little like blueberry jelly and you may even feel like you're spreading jam on your ribs or chicken when you use this but let me tell you that it's so good, you'll quickly forget that.
