I like to add a little bit of honey into my parfait to give it a bit of sweetness! It’s kind of delicious this way!
I like to make an on the go parfait so I can eat on the go if I need to! I use a Mason jar with an empty Hy-Vee pudding cup that I’ve washed out.
Place the yogurt in the Mason jar and the blueberries and belVita Bites Blueberry Breakfast Biscuits in the pudding cup. Attach it to the Mason jar under the metal ring – it will hold it in place and not let anything spill out! When you’re ready to eat, remove the top cup and pour it into the yogurt! Enjoy!
How to Make a Blueberry Parfait
Ingredients You Need
- 1 Cup Plain Yogurt
- ½ Cup Blueberries
- 1 Package belVita Bites Blueberry Breakfast Biscuits
- 1 Tablespoon Honey
Layer the ingredients in a cup or glass and enjoy!! I start with a layer of belVita Bites Blueberry Breakfast Biscuits or I crush up the belVita Crunchy Vanilla Oat Breakfast Biscuits and place them in the bottom, then add Yogurt, blueberries and repeat. I top it with a drizzle of honey on top!
You could use strawberries or other fruits in place of the blueberry too!
