Raise your hand if you love shrimp!! I love seafood, everything from crab legs to shrimp. Yum! I made a delicious and easy Cilantro Shrimp recipe last week before we left town for a few days. I used almost the same flavors that I used in the Cilantro Chicken Skewers and it turned out great! It was a simple and healthier recipe that we loved. Check out the recipe on the next page.
How to make Cilantro Shrimp Recipe
Ingredients You Need
- 1 Pound Shrimp
- Juice from 2 Limes
- 1/4 Cup Lemon Infused Olive Oil
- 2 Tablespoons fresh Cilantro
- 2 Teaspoons Garlic Salt
Step 1 – Mix together the lime juice, lemon infused olive oil, garlic, cilantro and pepper
Step 2 – Pour over the shrimp and let marinate in the refrigerator for 15 minutes
Step 3 – Remove from the lime marinate and place on a baking sheet
Step 4 – Bake for 15 minutes or until shrimp is fully cooked. Enjoy!
Remember if you don’t have Lemon infused Olive Oil, you can use a few teaspoons of lemon juice with plain olive oil instead.
This Cilantro Shrimp is a great main dish, is delicious on salads too. I love shrimp all on it’s own but it makes a great addition to salad too.
