Cinnamon French Toast with Strawberries and Whip Cream

French toast has got to be one of my favorite breakfast foods and top it with strawberries and whip cream, I’m in heaven!

I love making breakfast or brunch, it is my very favorite meal of the day.  Trying new recipes like this Cinnamon French toast with strawberries and whip cream is a fun way to make my favorite meal even better! 

This is an easy recipe that anyone can make and have have a delicious and beautiful meal that your family is going to love.  There are only a couple ingredients that you need and we always have them on hand!

Cinnamon French Toast

How to make Cinnamon French Toast

Here are the simple ingredients that you need to make your French Toast.

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Texas Toast Bread
  • 4 teaspoons sugar, divided
  • Cool Whip

 

Instructions

  • In a shallow dish whisk together the eggs and milk.
  • Then, whisk in the cinnamon and 3 teaspoons of the sugar until thoroughly combined.
  • Add the bread and turn over in the egg mixture until it’s all soaked up.
  • Cook in a frying pan on both sides until it is golden brown
  • Top with fresh berries and Cool Whip.

Cinnamon French Toast

How easy and delicious is that?  I love the flavor that a little bit of cinnamon gives the French toast. 

It’s such an easy recipe and you can make up a huge batch at once and freeze your leftovers.  Just pop them in the toaster the next time you are ready to have some.  This can be a quick breakfast on buys school mornings or before work.
