How to Make Cookies & Cream Oreo Cookie Recipe

Ingredients You Need

1 Cup Butter, softened
½ Cup Brown Sugar, packed
1 Small Package Cookies n'Creme Pudding Mix
2 Eggs
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
2 ¼ Cup Flour
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
15 Oreos, crushed

Instructions

Step 1 - Cream together the butter and sugars in a stand mixer

Step 2 - Add the pudding mix to the butter mixture and mix together well

Step 3 - Add the eggs, one at a time

Step 4 - Mix in the vanilla

Step 5 - in a separate bowl mix the flower, salt, and baking soda together

Step 6 - Slowly add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients and mix until it is well incorporated

Step 7 - Fold in the crushed Oreo's and mix together well.

Step 8 - Place 1 teaspoon full scoops onto a greased pan about an inch apart. Bake for 8 minutes at 350 degrees.
