Sugar Cookies, just the thought of them makes me giddy and reminds me of the holidays because that's the only time I used to have them when I was growing up. My Mom wasn't a cookie maker, well truth be told she's still not.  Sorry, Mom, although she knows it and leaves the cookie baking to me.
