{Yummy} Easy Sugar Cookies

April 22, 2014   |   3 Comments

Sugar Cookies, just the thought of them makes me giddy and reminds me of the holidays because that’s the only time I used to have them when I was growing up. My Mom wasn’t a cookie maker, well truth be told she’s still not.  Sorry, Mom, although she knows it and leaves the cookie baking to me.

These are my absolute favorite cookie and there are a couple different ways you can make the Easy Sugar Cookies, with or without frosting.  Let’s be honest, who doesn’t love frosting on their cookies? Well, here’s where you are going to fall in love with a cookie without.  Yep, promise, this is the perfect sugar Cookie recipe.

One of my BFF’s and I love the Amish, one of my favorite times with her is when we went to Amish Country shopping and exploring.  These sugar cookies remind me of the dozen that I picked up on our trip and that my friends is why I LOVE these cookies so much!

I am crazy  slightly obsessed with all things Amish.  I swear I want to be Amish until I realized that I probably wouldn’t have a blog, a phone or any those wonderful things I love.  BUT, I would get to bake, cook and clean all the time.  Wait, that’s what I do now.

Anyway, these little Easy Sugar Cookies are the best sugar cookies and if you insist on having a Sugar Cookie with frosting just add it to the top of these little guys.  I’m sure that would be delicious too!
