Crab and Cream Cheese Bites
This is such a yummy recipe! I ran across it over at
and had to give them a try. If you are going to make them be sure to make LOTS they go fast! They are quick and easy appetizers that do not take a lot of your time.
Crab and Cream Cheese Bites
5 oz. Cream Cheese, softened
2 tablespoons Mayo
2 sticks imitation crab meat, diced (about ¼ cup)
3 stalks green onion, diced
Garlic Powder to taste
1 box Filo cup shells
duck sauce for dipping
Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, green onion and garlic powder. Fold in shredded crab meat until well combined. Fill each Filo cup with mixture and place on a baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 13 to 15 minutes.

Where do you get crab sticks?
4 years later and I figured out where to get them. They sell them at most grocery stores either in seafood or prepackaged!
