Easy Beef Taco Bake

There's just a couple days until the big Super Bowl Game Day! Have you figured out everything you're making for friends and family? I've been doing some last minute planning and created a really Easy Beef Taco Bake that's Semi Homemade. I used José Olé Beef & Cheese Mini Tacos as the base for this recipe which made it so easy that my 9 year old could do this! I know you can too! Check it out!

How to Make Easy Beef Taco Bake

Ingredients You Need

1 Box of José Olé Beef & Cheese Mini Tacos
2 Cups Shredded Cheese
Lettuce
Tomatoes
Red Onions
Fresh Cilantro

Instructions

Step 1 - Preheat the oven to 400 Degrees

Step 2 - Grease a pie plate and place a layer of the Mini Tacos in the bottom and back according to the package instructions

Step 3 - After the Tacos have baked, remove from the oven and add the cheese on top and place back in the oven for 5 minutes or until the cheese is all melted

Step 4 - Top with Lettuce, tomatoes, onions and cilantro. You could also add a little more shredded cheese, sour cream or any other extras you add to your tacos!
