We have a new Instant Pot Cornbread recipe that’s going to blow your mind!! It’s so easy and the bread is the moistest and delicious recipe you’ll ever make!
Making Instant Pot Bread is easier than you might think, it takes less energy, less time and it’s real homemade bread that you end up with! Typically steamed bread like this aren’t crunch either, so they’re soft and delicious!
How to Make Instant Pot Cornbread
Ingredients
2 cups self-rising white cornmeal mix.
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
1/3 cup honey
1 egg, beaten
1 cup milk
Directions
Mix together ingredients until smooth, being careful to not overmix.
Spray a 7-inch pan with non-stick cooking spray and pour batter into the pan and spread it out evenly. Cover tightly with foil.
Turn pressure valve to sealing and set manual pressure on high for 20 minutes.
Do a quick release when pressure time has finished.
Serves 4-6
