Easy Olive Tapenade Recipe
A couple weeks ago we had a delicious Cheese platter that paired together with some of my favorite Mirassou Moscato made an amazing snack/meal. One of the things we included was an easy Olive Tampenade to go along with our cheese and wine.
I love salty things, I remember inhaling bottles of olives when I was pregnant with my little guy so an Olive Tapenade quickly became a favorite of mine when I had it at a friends party. It's simple to make and makes a great entertaining appetizer.

How to Make Easy Olive Tapenade
Ingredients you need
- 1 Cup Green Olives - with the pimiento stuffing
- ½ Cup Black Olives
- 1 Teaspoon Garlic Salt
- ¼ Cup Olive Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
Instructions
Step 1 - Place the olives in a food processor and chop until they are tiny pieces
Step 2 - Place the olives in a small bowl
Step 3 - Add the olive oil, garlic salt and lemon juice and mix well
Step 4 - Serve with crackers, french bread, chips.
If you don't like salty things as much as I do, you can flip the green and black olives. Using 1 cup of Black Olives and ½ Cup Green Olives. This works really well too, I just like mine a bit saltier.

What type of things do you like to make for parties and entertaining? Do you have go to recipes? I'd love to hear and find more delicious ideas for our next get together!
