Homemade Guacamole Recipe
I never thought I liked Guacamole, it seemed too green or healthy or something. When a friend served it too me, one afternoon, I gave it a try and found a new favorite food. I do prefer my guacamole with some other veggies in it so today we have a delicious Homemade Guacamole Recipe for you that's loaded with onions, tomatoes and I think it's a pretty healthy recipe too!

How to Make Homemade Guacamole
Ingredients You Need
- 3 Avocados (Peeled and Diced)
- ¼ Cup Red Onion (Diced)
- 3 Tomatoes, diced
- 2 Tablespoons Lime Juice
- ¼ Cup Fresh Cilantro
- ½ Teaspoon Kosher Salt
- ½ Teaspoon Garlic Powder
- ¼ Teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
Step 1 - Mash the Avocado with a fork in a bowl and add the lime juice
step 2 - Stir in the tomatoes, cilantro, onion, salt, garlic and pepper.
Cover and Refrigerate until you're ready to serve with tortilla chips.

This is a delicious Guacamole Recipe, I added a little more onion in mine because I love red onion. If you don't like tomato or onion you can easily exclude those from the recipe and make your own version of Guacamole.
