September 27, 2015   |   Leave a Comment

Who loves potatoes?  Or maybe I should say – who loves cheesy potatoes?  YUM!  You cannot go wrong with this gooey and delicious Parmesan cheese potato bake.  I think when I first started making this casserole, we had it every day of the week because it was so simple and really yummy!  It’s a great way to use up extra potatoes that you have around the house!

It also makes a delicious side dish for the holidays – keep that in mind for the end of the year! Check out this simple recipe!

When you take this out of the oven, it looks a little bit saucey but I promise that it sets up a little more and the sauce is the delicious part!  This is such an easy way to make potatoes and a nice option besides baked potatoes or mashed potatoes.  We love them and I make them all the time.

Have you started to plan your menu for Thanksgiving?  These are a great option!  Be sure to pin them for later!
