Roasted Brussels Sprouts
Truth time. This is NOT my normal type of healthy recipe to post, honestly I was scared to death to make roasted Brussels spouts because I wasn't sure I wanted to actually taste them. But, I have a friend who raved about how delicious they were roasted with just a little bit of seasoning and I had to give them a try.
If you don't like Brussels Sprouts you may still like these because they're actually pretty good. I know, they don't LOOK that good or SOUND that good but they taste yummy AND they're pretty darn good for you. Check out how easy they are to make!

How to Make Roasted Brussels Sprouts
Ingredients You Need
- Fresh Brussels Sprouts
- Olive Oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic
Instructions
Step 1 - Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
Step 2 - Spread the Brussels sprouts out on a pan and coat with olive oil
Step 3 - Sprinkle them with salt, pepper and garlic powder
Step 4 - Mix them around so they are covered with the oil and seasonings
Step 5 - Bake for 30 minutes or until they're roasted and crunchy. Enjoy!

They're not the pretties food ever but they actually taste pretty darn good for a healthy recipe! I found that they were a great little snack during the day or as a side dish to a meal. The crunch and flavor was excellent. A great way to get those Brussels sprouts into my diet!
