Slow Cooker Asian Beef

Hey everyone! I'm Rachel from Craving some Creativity and I am back to share one of my all-time favorite slow cooker recipes today. I love a good crockpot meal as much as anyone and making this Asian inspired recipe is perfect for those busy days where I do not have time (or desire) to prep a meal for an hour . Doesn't it feel great to get a home cooked dinner on the table with very little fuss? I certainly think so. This particular roast is full of flavor and just the right amount of sweetness and salt. The best thing for me is the leftovers. Leftovers can be such a challenge in my house with two picky eaters but they both ask for this in their lunches. I serve the roast sliced over rice with any steamed vegetable such as broccoli, snow peas, or green beans.
