Strawberry Green Tea Smoothie
Today was a typical Monday morning for me, hard to get up and even harder to get my brain in the game so I could be productive. After a minute of laying on the couch and thinking today was just shot - nothing's getting done, I remembered The Republic of Tea's Super Green Tea Brain Boost. Why not make a smoothie with the Brain Boost and see if I can kick start my day.
Every sip of my Strawberry Green Tea Smoothie was like a sip of sunshine. It helped to clean my mind and get me on the right track for the day. There's even a small caffeine kick from the Matcha and green tea! This was exactly what I needed!
How to Make a Strawberry Green Tea Smoothie
Ingredients You Need
- 1 Cup of The Republic of Tea Brain Boost Green Tea, chilled
- 2 Cups Strawberries, halved
- 1 Banana
- 1 Teaspoon Honey
- 2 Cups Ice
Instructions
Blend all the ingredients together and enjoy! This made enough for two smoothies.
