Taco Skillet Dinner
Like most families, we're pretty busy and on the go constantly. If it's not a soccer game for the older boy, it's a soccer game for the little guy during the summer months. There are times when I'm really crunched for time and need to make a meal in a hurry, like tonight. I needed an easy recipe to make but not the same old meals we have over and over.
This Taco Skillet ended up being a really quick and painless recipe to make. Plus, it was all made in one pan. I love that! Not much mess to clean up and a delicious meal to boot. And, if you put the word Taco in front of anything, my kids will eat it up.
