Silk Cashewmilk offers the best of both worlds with an irresistibly creamy and delicious taste with fewer calories than skim milk! I love using it in desserts to cut the calories! But it’s delicious enough to enjoy on it’s own, over cereal or in other recipes!
New Silk Cashewmilk has 50% more calcium than dairy milk with only 60 calories per serving PLUS it’s an excellent source of calcium and vitamin D!
We’ve been loving our #SilkCashew Milk at breakfast in the mornings plus it’s been fabulous in recipes instead of traditional milk which is great for people who can’t have dairy!

I love making these Two Minute Chocolate Cake Cups, they’re the perfect last minute dessert after supper or even as a surprise treat for my boys after school! I don’t have to drag out tops of dishes and ingredients to make a cake that we don’t need all of but instead I can just make two servings for them! It works out so well!

I have not tried cashew milk but I’m going to have to get some today! Tried their Almond Milk and loved it. Making this in 2 minutes.Priceless. Done, I can do that. Don’t know if it’s allergies or what….but dairy makes me cough so I need products that don’t do that to me. Who wants to cough all the time? Not fun.
