Appetizer Recipe: Jalapeno Popper Dip
This Jalapeno Popper Dip is the perfect Super Bowl Party Appetizer!
Have you decided what you're making for the BIG Super Bowl Party this year? I took a survey and most people are making wings, pizza and dips all kinds. I decided to turn a delicious Jalapeno Popper recipe into a dip that goes perfectly with Beer and football!
I'm not a huge spicy food lover and this one was kind of on the edge for me but my hubby loved it. He loves spicy foods and I don't make them enough for him!

Instructions How to Make Jalapeno Popper Dip
Ingredients
- 1 4 ounce can of Jalapeno peppers (diced)
- 2 8 ounce packages of Cream Cheese
- 1 Cup Sour Cream
- 1 ½ Cup Shredded Cheese
- ¼ Cup Bacon (cooked & cut up)
- 1 Cup Bread Crumbs

Instructions how to make Jalapeno Popper Dip
Step 1 - Mix together the cream cheese and sour cream until it's smooth
Step 2 - Mix in the Jalapeno's, bacon and 1 cup of the shredded cheese, I use whatever cheese I have on hand
Step 3 - Spread the mixture into a baking dish, I used a dish about the size of a 9x9 caking dish
Step 4 - Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheese and bread crumbs over the top of the mixture
Step 5 - Bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Enjoy on French bread, crackers or chips.

This dip is really good, even for those of us that do not like spicy food! I think it would be a perfect and easy appetizer for a party like the upcoming Super Bowl! If you like Jalapeno Poppers, this is going to be a touchdown for you!
