Avocado Bruschetta Bites

I am hooked on anything and everything with Avocado these days!  One of my favorite appetizers is Bruschetta so I thought I would pair the two together and make a simple Avocado Bruschetta Bites recipe.  I have to admit, I ate all of these myself as lunch.  They were amazing!
