This is one of my favorite salads, coming in as a close second to the Chili’s Enchilada Explosion {soooo yummy!}.
I think the great thing about salads is that you can add about anything and give it a new or different twist. Plus, if you come across a recipe with ingredients that you don’t like, you can just leave them off. The recipe for this is at the bottom of the page.
Enjoy!
BLT Chicken Salad
- 8 cups torn salad greens
- 2 large tomatoes, chopped
- 1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
- 10 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled { I used 5}
- 2 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
- 1 cup of chunked Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 cup of Red Onion
- Italian Dressing {we used Kraft House Italian}
Toss the lettuce and red onion together and place on your plate, add the rest on the ingredients on top and drizzle with the dressing.

oh i'm hungry right now-that looks so yummy!! i think my kids would love it too-great for a crazy spring sport night 🙂
