Broccoli Chicken and Twice Baked Potato Casserole

How to Make Loaded Baked Potato Casserole

Ingredients You Need

4 lbs Potatoes
¼ cup butter
1 cup of sour cream
½ cup of milk or cream
4 oz cream cheese, softened
2 cups Shredded Cheese
2 green onions thinly sliced
10 slices bacon, cooked crisp and chopped
salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

Step 1 - Preheat the oven to 350 degrees

Step 2 - Wash and peel potatoes, chopping into large chunks

Step 3 - Boil the potatoes in a large pot of water until the potatoes are tender

Step 4 - Drain the potatoes and mash, add the remaining ingredients and place in a baking dish

Step 5 - Add a little extra cheese on top and bake for 30 minutes.
