I'm so excited to share a new slow cooker recipe with you today! I have been trying to find new and delicious options to make dinner a little more interesting this winter. I feel like we've been having a lot of the same things over and over, which is fine but there are days when I want a change.

This Slow Cooker Sweet Korean BBQ Sandwich fit the bill perfectly! Not only was it simple to make, it had amazing flavor that my whole family loved! Check out how easy it was to make using only two ingredients!

How to Make Slow Cooker Sweet Korean BBQ Sandwich

Ingredients You need

1 Package of Campbell's® Sweet Korean BBQ Sauce
3- 4 Pound Beef Roast
Buns

Instructions

All you have to do to make this recipe is place the roast in your slow cooker, add the Campbell's® Sweet Korean BBQ Sauce over the top of the roast and let it cook on low for 6-8 hours before shredding the roast to use on the sandwich. Place a large amount of meat on the bun and I drizzled a little of the sauce over the meat before eating. Enjoy!
