We have a simple Easy Pot Pie Recipe to share with you today that is going to quickly be one of your new favorite meals to make! Check out how easy this is to make!
How to Make Easy Chicken Pot Pie
Ingredients You Need
- 2 Cups Diced Chicken Breast
- 1 Package of Campbell’s® Chicken Pot Pie Oven Sauce
- 1 Cup Shredded Cheese
- 2 Cups Frozen Veggies, I used Carrots, Peas and Beans
- 1 Cup Diced Potatoes
- 1 Tube of refrigerator Biscuits
Step 1 – Cut your chicken in to small pieces
Step 2 – In a large bowl mix the chicken, veggies, potatoes, cheese and Campbell’s® Chicken Pot Pie Oven Sauce together
Step 3 – Fill 4-6 Ramekins 2/3 of the way full and top with a refrigerator biscuit
Step 4 – Bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes or until the biscuits are completely cooked. Enjoy!
Campbell’s® Oven Sauces take just 5 minutes of prep, and you can do it while your oven is pre-heating! Simply add chicken, veggies and sauce to an oven-safe dish and bake for 40 minutes for a delicious dinner.
Or you can create your own version like I did by adding a couple more ingredients, either way you have a fabulous meal that your family will love in less than an hour!
