How many times have you come across new products that you try out and love? Not only do I have an amazing new product to share with you, I have a delicious new stuffed mushroom recipe too.
This weekend I did some grocery shopping at Walmart and picked up the new Kraft Fresh Take Cheddar Jack and Bacon. I used the cheese and breadcrumb product to create a delicious new stuffed mushroom recipe and stuffed mushroom cups. They were both delicious appetizers that I will definitely make again for friends and family parties.
Kraft Fresh Take is a meal kit that provides you with a fresh take on any meal. The cheese and breadcrumb mix gives you flavorful, crisp and cheesy dishes with easy preparation.
You can find the new Kraft Fresh Take along the wall in the cheese section of Walmart. There are several flavors to pick from and they each have recipes suggestions on the back of the package!
The Kraft Fresh Take Cheese & Breadcrumb Mix is really cool! You open the top and there are too pouches with a divider, so can use them individually if you want. Or, you gently pull open the middle divider and mix the two together and use as one. Genius!
How to make my stuffed mushroom recipe
Are you ready for this recipe? It is so yummy! I mean, you can’t really go wrong with bacon, cheese and mushrooms! Am I right?
Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz.) Block of Cream Cheese
- 1/4 cup green onions finely chopped
- 1/2 lb. bacon chopped, cooked, and drained
- 3/4 cup Kraft Fresh Take Italian Parmesan Cheese & Breadcrumbs
- 40-50 mushrooms washed with stems pulled out
Directions
- Mix cream cheese, green onions, bacon, and Kraft Fresh Take cheese together in a large bowl.
- Stuff mushrooms with filling, as much as desired. I do about 1 tsp give or take depending on the size of the mushroom.
- Bake stuffed mushrooms at 350 degrees F for 15 minutes.
I have another version to share with you too. This one is Stuffed Mushroom Fillo Cups, they have a little less mushroom in them and if you don’t like mushroom you could leave them out completely.

Hello I noticed on your stuffed mushroom recipe there is no mention of cream cheese in the ingredients section but it is mentioned in the directions. Could you let me know how much to add to this recipe? Thanks. Sounds yummy!
Thanks for the heads up, Violet!

Made these this week. They were delicious and easy!!!! Would definitely make them again. The phyllo cups were my boys favorite and I loved the mushroom caps.
Sounds delightful! I even have some more of those phyllo cups left from another recipe!
