I’m proud to partner with CVS/pharmacy for the Gold Emblem Abound October “#Snackurday” campaign. I am being sponsored to help lead this campaign, but all opinions expressed are my own, and all product claims or program details shared should be verified at CVS.com or with the appropriate manufacturers.
I’ve been so excited to team up with CVS and use their new Gold Emblem Abound products in several recipes this month. We’ve already made some adorable Halloween Tags that you can use on their delicious treats that you hand out at Halloween and a yummy No-Bake Granola Bar recipe last week that my boys flipped for.
Today we made a Chocolate Chip Energy Bites with Edamame that were the perfect bite sized treat for little hands. These little bites took me about 15 minutes to make before my boys were digging in. Check out how easy they are to make.
How to make Chocolate Chip Energy Bites with Edamame
Ingredients You Need
- 1 Cup Quick Oats
- 1/3 Cup Honey
- 1/2 Cup Peanut Butter
- 1/3 Cup Chocolate Chips
- 1/2 Cup Chopped Sunshine Edamame Blend, chopped
Instructions
Step 1 – Mix all ingredients together in a medium bowl
Step 2 – Place the mixture in the refrigerator for 10 minutes or until it’s firmed up a bit
Step 3 – Take a teaspoon of the mixture and form into a ball, this recipe made about 20 Bites
Step 4 – I stuck the chocolate chip energy bites back in the fridge after I made them so they firmed up some more but you can eat them right away. Enjoy!
I highly suggest checking out the CVS where you can celebrate Snackurday with them and their awesome new Gold Emblem Abound snacks! They combine nutritious ingredients with great taste in every product – so you can have the best of both worlds in every bite! Each one is free from Artificial Preservatives and flavors, and contains zero trans fat!
