Chocolate Pepsi Bundt Cake

June 3, 2014   |   2 Comments

Pepsi in Cake?  This was my oldest sons reaction when I told him what I was making Saturday morning.  Followed quickly by something like: That’s disgusting and I’m not eating it.  Fastforward about an hour and half of the Chocolate Pepsi Bundt Cake was gone and I was instead hearing: That cake is amazing.  Oh, boys!  Gotta love them.

We’ve all heard of the recipes where people use soda in place of other ingredients and I had been wondering how the cake would turn out.  I am in no way claiming that this cake is any where near to healthy but it’s so delicious!  Topped with a yummy chocolate ganache frosting and you have the perfectly easy dessert! Check out the recipe on the next page!
