Ingredients for The Cake

- All-purpose flour - You can't go wrong using all-purpose flour for baking!

How to Make Cinnamon Roll Cake

Set oven to preheat at 350 degrees F i.e.176 degree C
Mix flour, salt, sugar, baking powder, baking soda with a whisk. In a separate bowl mix the milk, eggs and vanilla extract. Sift the dry ingredients into the wet and mix slightly, now add in the melted butter. Mix until combined well.

Use some baking spray to spray a rectangular 8x8 (21cmx21cm) inch cake pan, and pour the batter evenly into the pan.
In a bowl mix brown sugar and cinnamon together and spread evenly on the cake. Swirl the sugar and cinnamon into the batter using a skewer.

Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees F, let cool completely.
Mix the powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and water until it is a consistency like pancake syrup. Pour over the cake and it will set as a hard glaze.
Enjoy with a cup of coffee.
