Cinco De Mayo Taquito Dips

I can't believe it's May 1st tomorrow!  That means that Cinco De Mayo is only days away and I have to admit that I love the chance to make some new and delicious recipes for my family.  I thought I would surprise them with an after school snack that they would LOVE so I picked up some  José Olé Taquitos.  I made two delicious Taquito Dips to go along with them, Avacado Yogurt Dip and Cilantro Lime Sour Cream Dip.  Both are amazing but I think my favorite might be the Avacado!  Check out the new recipes below!

First, you need to pick up a box of José Olé Taquitos and bake them according to the package directions.  I stacked mine in a cute little tower and sprinkled some cheese and cilantro over them.  Next, you'll make your dips while the Taquitos are baking!
