Cookie Butter Krispie Bars

Have you heard of the delicious Trader Joe Cookie Butter?  I know there are so many different recipes that bloggers are using it in around the web and I decided to jump on board and give it a try.  I decided to make a Cookie Butter Krispie Bar that's topped with chocolate and oh boy is it good!
