My family is trying to eat healthier these days. I have been incorporating more chicken recipes, fish, and lots of veggies into our diet and we are really liking the meals.
This is a really simple Chicken Taco recipe loaded with all our favorite vegetables. Another great thing about these, is that you can cook the chicken in the slow cooker during the day so that you have your meal ready when you get home from work.
Having a Chicken Taco bar at dinner is a fun way to let everyone pick their favorite toppings and vegetables to include. Have lots of options for everyone and let them decide.

Easy Chicken Taco Recipe
Ingredients
- Chicken
- Taco Seasoning
- Water
- Tortillas
- Vegetables
Instructions
- Cut Chicken into bite sized pieces and fry in a pan until cooked.
- Add Taco Seasoning and Water
- Cook according to Taco Seasoning directions.
- Toast tortillas lightly
- Add chicken and all vegetables
