This Easy Lemon Cheesecake Pie is so easy to make and it’s absolutely delicious! You only need five ingredients to make this fabulous dessert! How to Make Five Ingredient Lemon Cheesecake Pie
Ingredients You Need
1 Graham Cracker Pie Crust
1 8 ounces Package of Cream Cheese, softened
1 3.5 ounces Package of Lemon Pudding
1 Teaspoon Rodelle Lemon Extract
2 Cups Milk
1/4 Cup Powdered Sugar
Instructions
Step 1 – Place the Cream Cheese in a stand mixer and mix, add the milk in 1/2 cup at a time
Step 2 – After the milk has been all added let it mix for a couple minutes
Step 3 – Add the Lemon Pudding and powdered sugar to the cream cheese mixture and mix together until it’s creamy
Step 4 – Pour the lemon mixture into the pie crust and refrigerate for an hour
Step 5 – Top with a layer of cool whip and enjoy!
This Lemon Cheesecake is the perfect spring dessert – it would make a great Easter dessert option. I love how easy it is to make too! It doesn’t get much easier than a five-ingredient dessert!
