Easy No-Bake Tiramisu

Delicious and Easy No-Bake Tiramisu Dessert
- 1 cup Seattle's Best Coffee®
- 1 Pound Cake
- 8 oz Cream Cheese
- 1 ½ cup Powdered Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- Cocoa Powder to top
Instructions
Start by making a pot of Seattle's Best Coffee®, the recipe only requires ½ to 1 cup of coffee but you can enjoy the rest while you're working in the kitchen! I picked up a Vanilla Pound cake from Walmart while I was shopping and layered it in the bottom of an 8x8 baking dish.
Pour the coffee over the pound cake so that it soaks into the cake.
Using a stand mixer, mix the cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla extract together until it's creamy and well blended.
Whip the heavy cream until it has stiff peaks and then fold it gently into the cream cheese mixture.
Spread the mixture over the pound cake. Sprinkle the cocoa powder over the top and refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
