Serve with butter and jelly, our favorite is the Smuckers Black Raspberry flavor. It’s amazing! Enjoy!
We toast the English Muffin Bread in the toaster so it’s warm and crunchy before topping with butter and jelly. This is one of those recipes that once you made it and realize how easy and delicious it is, you will likely never buy store bought muffins again.

I haven’t actually tried it. I have a list of “to try” English Muffin Breads as I would like to find one that looks like your picture after being baked. The best ones I have tried rise to the top and, without falling, settle to about 1/4 below the pan top when cooking. Though delicious, they never seem to appeal to my overnight guests. I will definitely try it because of the top on yours.

A question please….How long long in the mixer? Thanks! Can’t wait to make it
Chrissy, I don’t have a stand mixer. About how long do you think making it without it would take? Do I need to kneed it long? Thanks.
I made this bread last weekend. It is really, really easy and turned out SO wonderful. One of my new go to recipes, for sure. Makes great toast. Thanks for the recipe.
