I haven't actually tried it. I have a list of "to try" English Muffin Breads as I would like to find one that looks like your picture after being baked. The best ones I have tried rise to the top and, without falling, settle to about 1/4 below the pan top when cooking. Though delicious, they never seem to appeal to my overnight guests. I will definitely try it because of the top on yours.

  2. Chrissy, I don't have a stand mixer. About how long do you think making it without it would take? Do I need to kneed it long? Thanks.
