How to Make a Breakfast Banana Split

This recipe will make enough for one person, but it was very filling and may be able to split into two servings depending on how hungry you are!

Ingredients You Need

  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Package of Instant Oatmeal
  • 1/4 Cup Vanilla Greek Yogurt
  • Blueberries
  • Drizzle of Honey

Instructions

Start by cutting your banana in half, length way and place it on a plate. Next, cook your oatmeal according to the package instructions, I used a Maple Brown Sugar oatmeal.

Using a medium cookie dough scoop, place scoops of oatmeal on top of the banana.

Next, add the yogurt, blueberries and a drizzle of honey.  Enjoy!

You can easily replace the blueberries with strawberries, peaches or whatever fruit you love!
