Homemade Peanut Butter Granola

I've started back on a daily work out schedule in the last few weeks and I was looking for something that was quick and easy to eat before heading to the gym.  I found a new love of yogurt with granola topping and decided to try making a Peanut Butter Granola and see how it turned out.  This stuff is amazing and so addictive!  Check out the recipe!

How to make Homemade Peanut Butter Granola

Ingredients You Need

  • 5 Cups Old Fashioned Oats
  • ½ Cup Peanut Butter
  • ½ Cup Honey
  • 1 Teaspoon Rodelle Vanilla

Directions for making

 Step 1 - Preheat the oven to 275 Degrees.

Step 2 - Place the oats in a large bowl.

Step 3 - Combine the peanut butter and honey in a microwave safe bowl and microwave for 30 seconds or until the peanut butter starts to melt.

Step 4 - Mix the peanut butter and honey well and then stir in the vanilla.

Step 5 - Pour the peanut butter mixture over the oats and stir until combined.

Step 6 - Spread the oats out over a baking sheet.

Step 7 - Bake for 20 minutes, stir and bake for another 10 minutes.  The granola will become to crisp as it cools.  Enjoy!
