Garlic Chicken Hummus Wrap Recipe

Hey, everyone!  I hope you’re having a fabulous summer!  Today I have a delicious Hummus Wrap Recipe to share with you that was inspired by one of my very good friends.  The last time I was visiting she made her version of these for lunch and I decided to make my own after I got back from the trip.

Not only are these simple to make but they’re a healthy lunch option as well.  I have to admit that I’ve made them for lunch every day this week, for myself and even one night for my hubby.  I’m not always great about making healthy recipes, in my mind they just don’t always taste that great but this one is NOT that at all.  It has amazing flavor and really fills you up!

How to Make Garlic Chicken Hummus Wrap

Ingredients You Need

  •  6 Tortilla Wraps
  • Garlic Hummus or you could use our Roasted Red Pepper Hummus
  • 1 Cup Shredded Chicken
  • 1 Cup Shredded Cheese
  • Lettuce
  • 1/2 Cup Diced Tomatoes
  • 1/2 Cup Red Peppers

Instructions

Step 1 – Lay your tortilla out on a plate

Step 2 – Spread a layer of Hummus over the tortilla

Step 3 – Top with chicken, cheese and the veggies you would like on your wrap

Step 4 – Roll up the wrap, cut in half and enjoy!

 A recipe really can’t get much easier than this one.  Am I right?  I love how I’m able to quickly have a delicious lunch that’s not the same old lunch meat sandwich over and over again.  The hummus in the wrap really gives it a great flavor that you don’t get with butter or other options.

We’re not that great with eating healthy yet, but every little step in the right direction helps and finding recipes like these makes it so much easier!
