Mini Chocolate Pie Bites Recipe

Happy Friday, everyone!  I have such a simple recipe to share with you today.  This is one that we made on New Year's eve this year.  Mini chocolate pie bites made with phyllo tart cups, pudding and whip cream. 

These are a very light dessert that is easy to make and eat.  It is a bite sized treat that you can pick up and eat on the go.

Mini Chocolate Pie Bites

Ingredients
  

  • Phyllo tart cups
  • chocolate pudding make as directed
  • Whip Cream
  • Chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Fill Phyllo cups with Chocolate pudding.
  • Top with Whip cream and chocolate chips
  • Refrigerate until set.

  7. These look fabulous! I might need to try to make these tonight, if I can find anything similar to the Phyllo cups. I am pretty positive they don't sell them around here (Germany) but I might be able to make some from the phyllo dough, IF I can find those too. Thanks so much for sharing. 😀
