Mom's Almond Shortbread Cookies

Can you believe that Christmas is next month already?  We're actually having our first holiday party on Saturday this week, so I've started baking and I have my tree up too!

Last weekend I had my first Holiday Baking Party with my Sister-in-law and a few friends.  We had so much fun, we baked all afternoon, talked, laughed and had some delicious wine and snacked on our cookies.  If you asked me what my perfect Sunday afternoon looked like, it would be this.

I even had the opportunity to use all my favorite Rodelle ingredients and introduce all the ladies to them.  Rodelle definitely has some new life long users of their products after our cookie bake.  If you've never heard of Rodelle, check out the details below - I know you'll love them as much as I do!

Over the next few weeks I'm going to be sharing each of the recipes we made so be sure to check back every Wednesday for a new cookie recipe.  Plus, you can find all our recipes for last year from our Rodelle sponsored cookie bake over HERE.

I'm a huge baker and there are guaranteed to be at least three ingredients in you pantry at ALL times, Rodelle Vanilla, Rodelle almond Extract and Rodelle Baking Cocoa.  You'll very rarely find me with out these essentials.  I've absolutely tried other brands for baking but there is nothing that comes close to Rodelle.  I feel like once you've tried their Vanilla, you'll never use anything else.  Period.

Information from Rodelle
