We all have that one recipe that we go-to every time we need a delicious dessert or salad for a BBQ or block parties, typically it’s brownies for me but I wanted to make something different this weekend that everyone would love.
It seems like anything with NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE morsels that is always the first one off the table so of course I decided to use them in this No-Bake Chocolate Eclair dessert recipe. When I gave it a try to see how it turned out, I didn’t want to even take it to the party. It was so amazing I wanted the entire pan for myself! YUM! Check out how easy it was to make!
How to Make No-Bake Chocolate Eclair Dessert
Ingredients You Need
- 1 Box of Graham Crackers
- 2 Packages of White Chocolate Pudding
- 3 Cups Milk
- 1 Container of Whip Cream
- 1 Package NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE Milk Chocolate Morsels
- 1/2 Cup Heavy Cream
Instructions
Step 1 – Make a layer of graham crackers in the bottom of a 9×13 pan
Step 2 – Make your pudding mixture with the 3 cups of milk and 2 packages of pudding, mixing until it’s thickened
Step 3 – Fold in the whip cream
Step 4 – Spread half of the mixture over the graham crackers
Step 5 – Place another layer of graham crackers over the pudding and then a layer of pudding
Step 6 – Place a final layer of graham crackers on top
Step 7 – Microwave the NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE Milk Chocolate Morsels and heavy cream for 1 minute and mix well together until it’s smooth, top the dessert with the chocolate ganache mixture
Step 8 – Refrigerate for an hour before cutting into it. Enjoy!
