Raspberry Red Wine Float

December 22, 2015   |   1 Comment

Ok, who here has ever wondered if there was a way to make an adult milkshake?  (raises hand) A couple years ago we made a Valentine Moscato Shake that was so delicious, I mean seriously this was my all time favorite drink.  Two of my favorite things ever – Moscato and Ice Cream! I thought it was genius and a lot of you agreed!

Today we have something even a little better, this Raspberry Red wine Float is going to have you hooked with the creamy chocolate ice cream, delicious red wine and the raspberry flavor.  It’s almost too good to be true! Plus, like always here at The Taylor House, it’s easy to make! I mean, who wants to make difficult recipes?  Check out the instructions below!

Raspberry Red Wine Float!

How to Make Raspberry Red Wine Float

Ingredients You Need

1/4 Cup Fresh Raspberries

3-4 Scoops Chocolate Ice Cream

1/4 Cup Mirassou Pinot Noir Red Wine

Whip Cream

Using a tall glass, place the raspberries in the bottom and muttle (smoosh them up)

Add the Chocolate Ice Cream and Stir together slightly

Pour the Mirassou Pinot Noir over the ice cream and raspberry mixture

Top with Whip Cream and fresh raspberries, enjoy!

Raspberry Red Wine Float!

This is a great drink idea for your holiday parties this year or honestly any time of year.  It’s so beautiful too, I could see making it on Valentine’s Day as a special treat!

Raspberry Red Wine Float!

Mirassou Pinot Noir is my go to red wine because, well, I love it! It has such great flavor and I’ve used it several times creating recipes and they always turn out amazing! Be sure to stop by the Mirassou website for more information on Pinot Noir and the PERFECT pairing ideas!
