Rhubarb Crisp

April 26, 2013   |   6 Comments

Hi, everyone!  I am so excited to have Jessica from Prairie Girl to Southern Belle here again sharing one of her favorite rhubarb recipe with us.  She has an amazing looking Rhubarb Crisp that looks like both delicious and an easy recipe to make!  I love almost any type of rhubarb recipe, the tartness of the rhubarb is so good!

Hey there Taylor House peeps! I hope you are all having a great week so far! Over here at Prairie Girl to Southern Belle I’ve been sharing about our crawfish boil and the desserts I made.

Today I want to share my man’s favorite springtime dessert. Rhubarb Crisp. It’s tart and sweet at the same time and I could just sit and eat the topping all by itself with a big dollop of whipped cream. But who would do that? Certainly not this girl, I mean that would be crazy, right?!? (Insert nervous laughter here)

Doesn’t this Rhubarb Crisp look delicious?  I love the blue baking dish too, the colors of the rhubarb and the dish are just perfect together!

Yum. I often get rhubarb given to me and am never sure what to do with it. I’ll be trying this, this summer. Pinned.
