Skillet Green Beans

Hey, everyone!  Did you catch our post last week where my hubby and I announced that we're starting Nutrisystem?  We're a week into the program and one of us is sticking to it perfectly (he's so hard core) and the other one has cheated a few times (she loves her food).

The first week my hubby lost over 6 pounds!  He's clothes are a little looser and his face a little slimmer.  He's doing great!  I've started to walk/jog almost every day and have even incorporated some of the Nutrisystem recipes into our diet.  It's been a lot of fun trying out new ways of cooking and finding out that seasonings can make sure a huge difference - you don't always need cream and butter!  Like these Skillet Green Beans - this recipe is from Nutrisystem's Fast 5 booklet and I made just a couple minor changes.  Check it out!
