Have you ever tried making Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff? It's so stinking easy and has some amazing flavor! This is one of our go to recipes that I throw in and make when I know we're going to be busy in the evening and need a quick yet delicious meal.
I made this a couple weeks ago, I was at Cub Foods grocery shopping and noticing all their amazing deals so I stocked up on several things including most of the ingredients to make the Beef Stroganoff a couple times. Yum! You can find the recipe and all the Cub Food details below!

How to Make Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff
Ingredients You Need
- 1 Pound of Ground Beef
- 1 Can of Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 4 ounces Cream Cheese
- ½ Cup Chopped Onion
- 1 Cup Mushrooms, sliced
- 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 Cup Water
Instructions
Step 1 - Cook the ground beef, mushrooms and onion in a skillet until the beef is fully cooked
Step 2 - Place the beef in the slow cooker
Step 3 - Mix the cream of mushroom soup, cream cheese, water and Worcestershire sauce together in a bowl
Step 4 - Pour the soup mixture over the beef and mix together well.
Step 5 - Cook on low for 4 hours, stirring occasionally if you would like - it's ok to just do it at the end if you aren't home.
Step 6 - Serve over egg noodles or the pasta of your choice.
