The kids are headed back to school, that means it’s time to get yourself organized and start making meal plans again! We’re back to having a schedule and a structured routine, I for one look forward to this because our home seems to run a bit smoother that way.
During the school year, I tend to make a lot of slow cooker meals because they’re easy to start in the morning and let them cook all day while I’m working. When it’s time to eat, they’re ready to go! This Honey Mustard Chicken is the perfect recipe to make, your family is going to love the sweet tangy flavors.

This Slow Cooker Honey Mustard Chicken is a prime example of one of our favorite recipes that we make on days that are going to busy in the evening with sports and extra activities!
How to Make Slow Cooker Honey Mustard Chicken
Ingredients You Need
- 3-4 Chicken Breasts
- 1/3 Cup Honey
- 3 TBSP French’s Honey Mustard
- 1 TBSP Garlic
- 1 TBSP Olive Oil
- 1 Cup Milk
- 1 tsp Corn Starch
Instructions
Start by placing your chicken breasts in a slow cooker, spread out evenly. Next, mix together the honey, French’s Honey Mustard, Garlic, and Olive Oil together in a medium bowl. Pour the sauce over the chicken breasts and cook on low for 4-6 hours. About 30 minutes before you’re ready to eat, mix the milk and cornstarch together in a small bowl and add it to the slow cooker. Whisk it together with the sauce to allow it to thicken slightly. Serve with mashed potatoes and a side salad!
