South Carolina Caprese Peach Salad
Caprese Peach Salad, a twist on a traditional salad with a sweet and delicious flavor combination. This salad will be your NEW go-to summer favorite!

Instead of your traditional tomato Caprese salad, this version has a sweet surprise. Typically fresh tomatoes in a Caprese salad is my favorite, it's hard to beat fresh tomatoes during the summer here in Iowa.
I was lucky enough to receive a shipment of the freshest peaches around from Titan Farms in South Carolina and wanted to try a peach version of my favorite salad.
I knew after devouring the first one that I needed to use them in a fun new recipe. Typically, we grill peaches with some butter and brown sugar then add a large scoop of vanilla ice cream on top. It's the most amazing and simple dessert to make! If you've never tried it, I highly recommend. It doesn't get any easier!

Another easy way to make this salad is to simply layer mozzarella, peaches, and basil on a plate with a little drizzle of olive oil and some salt and pepper on top. It's the absolute easiest lunch you can make!
Titan Farms is located in the Old 96 District of South Carolina, with over 6,000 acres of trees, this family-owned and operated farm grows more peaches than the entire state of Georgia. That's crazy!
Check out the simple recipe below, I promise you'll love changing up your Caprese salad with peach!
