This is a sponsored post written by me on behalf of Little Debbie®. As always, all opinions are my own.
Something I will always remember from my childhood is my Mom’s chocolate pie, it was never a complicated recipe but it was such a treat when you made it. We thought it was awesome and of course it tasted amazing, when I started baking and cooking myself I found out that the pie was a simple pudding pie.
It wasn’t hard to make and even being newly married and learning how to cook in my own kitchen, I was easily able to whip this recipe up.
Something else I always remember from my childhood, Swiss Rolls. Seriously guys, who doesn’t remember eating these by unrolling them a layer at a time and enjoying ever last bite. They were heaven in a small package that we craved as kids.
Today, my kids are no different, they love nothing more than delicious Little Debbie® Snacks and they’re pretty fond of chocolate pie too!
When I had the chance to partner with Little Debbie to make a recipe that would be perfect to make this Mother’s Day, I knew exactly the right recipe to make. I wanted to combine the love of both chocolate pie and Swiss Rolls to make the perfect Swiss Rolls Pie.
We like to keep things easy here at The Taylor House, we want the recipes to be easily made by anyone that stumbles across it. Instead of spending hours in the kitchen or grocery store searching for ingredients, we feel it’s better to get those recipes made quick so you can spend more time with friends and family. This is especially true on holidays like, Mother’s Day.
