Thin Mint Cookie Recipe

December 12, 2011   |   3 Comments

Super easy Thin Mint Cookie Recipe!!  I found this recipe over at The Crafty Nest and ran out to buy the mint chips to make these!!  They are so easy, anyone can do this!
 Ingredients
Andes Creme De Menthe Baking Chips
Ritz Crackers
1. Melt the baking chips by microwaving for 30 second intervals and stirring until completely melted and smooth consistency.
2. Dip your Ritz crackers in the chocolate
 3. Tap the cracker on the side of the bowl to remove excess chocolate.
 4. Place on wax paper to dry
5. Try really hard to not eat them all, they are so yummy!!

Sharing is caring!
